Our client, a pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Sales Team Lead to drive commercial growth across its CNS portfolio in Singapore. This role combines hospital sales, key account management and team leadership, with responsibility for developing customer relationships, strengthening market presence and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Develop and execute territory and account plans to drive sales growth and expand market share across hospital and specialist accounts.
Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals and other relevant specialists.
Manage strategic hospital accounts, identify business opportunities and navigate complex stakeholder networks to support product access.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and territory performance to identify growth opportunities and provide commercial insights to management.
Plan and support product education, scientific engagement and disease awareness activities in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with industry requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biological Sciences or related field.
At least 4 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with exposure to CNS or neuroscience therapies.
Demonstrated hospital sales experience and established relationships in restructured and private specialist clinics.
At least 1–2 years of people management experience, with the ability to coach, develop and motivate sales representatives.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets, managing key accounts and developing territory business plans.
Valid Class 3/3A driving licence and personal vehicle ownership is preferred.
