Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, cold chain, frozen food, or food distribution environments is preferred.

Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000) and FIFO/FEFO practices.

Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.

Required language: Mandarin (to communicate with relevant stakeholders).

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cost-control capabilities.

Lead and oversee all inbound, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and outbound activities to meet productivity and service-level targets.

Optimize warehouse layout, storage methods, and material flow to maximize space utilization and efficiency.

Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts/audits, and ensure proper implementation of FIFO/FEFO practices.

Ensure strict compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, FSMS), sanitation, and temperature management programs.

Manage cold chain operations, including monitoring refrigeration systems and coordinating emergency response plans for temperature excursions.

Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and operational staff, managing workforce planning and performance.

Promote a safe work environment by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and conducting regular inspections.

Coordinate with production, planning, and transportation teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
