We are seeking an experienced Go-To-Market (GTM) Professional to drive growth initiatives, strategic partnerships, solution positioning and market expansion across Malaysia and the broader ASEAN region.

The Opportunity

This is a commercially focused leadership role responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, creating market-facing offerings, and driving revenue across Wild Tech's solution portfolio.

The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership, sales, delivery, Microsoft, strategic partners and customers to build and execute go-to-market strategies that generate pipeline, accelerate market adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes.

This role suits an experienced business builder who enjoys operating across sales, strategy, innovation and partnership development while engaging with senior decision-makers across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

Go-To-Market Strategy

• Develop and execute regional GTM strategies for Microsoft Business Applications, Power Platform, Azure, AI and Managed Services offerings.
• Identify new market opportunities, industry verticals and growth segments across Malaysia and ASEAN.
• Create compelling value propositions and customer-centric solution positioning.
• Build market expansion plans and support new service launches.

Business Development & Sales Enablement

• Generate qualified opportunities and support strategic deal pursuits.
• Work closely with sales teams to strengthen pipeline creation and conversion.
• Participate in customer workshops, executive briefings and solution discussions.
• Assist with strategic proposals, RFP responses and commercial engagements.

Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with Microsoft, technology vendors and alliance partners.
• Identify opportunities for co-selling, joint marketing and partner-led growth.
• Negotiate commercial arrangements and partnership frameworks.
• Build partner success plans that drive mutual revenue growth.

Customer Engagement

• Engage with C-level executives and senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and transformation objectives.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and strategic planning sessions.
• Translate customer needs into solution opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer engagement lifecycle.

Innovation & Market Growth

• Monitor emerging technologies, market trends and competitive activity.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and cloud technologies to solve business challenges.
• Support thought leadership initiatives, events, webinars and industry engagements.
• Contribute to the development of innovative offerings and new revenue streams.

Required Experience Essential

• 10 + years' experience across business development, sales, partnerships, GTM or technology consulting roles.
• Demonstrated success building and growing technology-based businesses or service offerings.
• Experience managing strategic partnerships and alliance relationships.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with enterprise customers across ASEAN or APAC markets.
• Ability to engage and influence executive and C-level stakeholders.
• Experience developing and executing GTM strategies that deliver measurable revenue outcomes.

Highly Desirable

• Experience with Microsoft technologies including Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, Data & AI.
• Experience working with cloud providers and technology ecosystems.
• Knowledge of digital transformation, AI, automation or managed services.
• Experience launching new products, services or business units.
• Exposure to international markets and multi-country business development.
