About the role

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven VIP Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for engaging customers through outbound calls, building strong customer relationships and driving customer engagement and retention. This is a commission-based position, offering earning potential based on individual performance and results.

About you

• Experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, Sales, Business Development, Account Management or Customer Relationship Management is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales interest are welcome to apply.

• Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.

• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Target-driven with a strong desire to earn through commission.

• Good customer relationship-building skills.

• Able to handle rejection and work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

• Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to assigned customers and VIP accounts.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication.

• Understand customer needs, preferences and behaviour to provide personalised engagement.

• Promote relevant products, campaigns, promotions and VIP benefits.

• Follow up with existing customers to drive engagement, retention and repeat activity.

• Identify sales opportunities and convert prospects into active customers.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales, conversion, retention and revenue targets.

• Handle customer enquiries and objections professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups and sales activities.

• Monitor customer activity and identify opportunities for further engagement.
