Job Overview
We are looking for a Supply Chain Consultant to support supply chain planning, procurement coordination, logistics activities, and operational improvement. The role will work with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to help maintain smooth and efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support supply chain planning and day-to-day procurement activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers on product availability, order schedules, and delivery requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment planning.
• Review purchasing and logistics processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate shipment schedules with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, inventory movements, and delivery information.
• Assist with supplier performance tracking and routine business reviews.
• Analyse basic supply chain data to identify trends, delays, and operational gaps.
• Prepare reports and updates on procurement, inventory, and logistics activities.
• Work with internal teams to resolve routine supply and delivery issues.
• Support process improvement initiatives across purchasing and supply chain operations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations is preferred.
• Good organisational and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with suppliers and external service providers.
• Basic data analysis and reporting skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with different teams.
