The firm focuses exclusively on Oracle EPM Cloud and Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion), delivering end-to-end implementations for finance and operations teams in multi-entity groups, regional holdings, property developers, F&B groups, and listed corporations. Tibura’s work spans financial consolidation, planning and budgeting, ERP-to-EPM integrations, core financials, and supply chain and procurement workflows. Consultants combine deep Oracle product expertise with hands-on finance and operations experience, ensuring solutions that business teams trust and adopt. As a focused firm, Tibura assigns senior consultants to lead engagements, providing proven delivery experience rather than offshore junior support.

Role Description:

  • Lead functional delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials across implementation and support projects
  • Own solution design across GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Tax modules
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, and configuration
  • Drive CRP, SIT, UAT cycles and manage cutover and go-live activities
  • Handle support operations – incident resolution, quarterly release patch testing, and enhancements
  • Guide junior consultants and review functional deliverables
  • Engage with finance stakeholders and CFO-level users on solution decisions

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in Oracle Financials, with 4+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
  • Minimum 2 end-to-end Fusion Financials implementations in a lead role
  • Strong functional depth across core financial modules and period-close processes
  • Experience with FBDI-based data migration and OTBI/BI Publisher reporting
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Based in KL or ready to relocate to KL – this is mandatory
  • Full-time role only – no freelancers
