• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets, revenue growth and patient acquisition goals.
• Lead, coach and monitor the performance of the sales team to ensure targets are achieved.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, including corporate clients, insurance partnerships, health screening programmes and community collaborations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, business partners and referral networks.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates and lead follow-ups to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Customer Service teams to improve lead generation, conversion and customer engagement.
• Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotional activities and business development initiatives.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance updates for management.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive brand image.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Healthcare Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development or a related role. Experience in team leadership is an advantage.
• Experience in healthcare, medical services, insurance or corporate sales is an added advantage.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage sales performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to analyse sales data and prepare performance reports.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented.
• Willing to travel for business meetings and promotional activities when required.
