Key Duties:

• Handle customer enquiries, schedule service appointments, and provide updates on service progress.
• Prepare and process service documents, quotations, invoices, and payment-related matters.
• Liaise with the service team on daily operations and manage vehicle collection and handover.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service, admin , or receptionist roles is highly advantageous.
