Operations & Project Coordinator 

5 days, 9am-6pm

Salary: $3000 - $3500

Location: CBD

Company industry: Paper & pulp

Key responsibilities:

• Handle office administration and provide operational support
• Review documents for accuracy, completeness, clarity
• Manage and coordinate with Internal and external stakeholders on project matters
• Support marketing activities including product launches, presentations, and customer workshops
• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote company’s offerings
• Management of B2B E-commerce platform
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Assist in developing sales materials and solution-based presentations
• Assist in monitoring project timelines and highlighting potential delays or updates
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports and trackers

Requirements:

• Min Diploma or Degree in Business related or Logistics 
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in shipping documentation, project coordination, project assistance or sales support
• Familiarity with different types of paper and paper products would be highly advantageous, but is not essential
