Salary: RM3,500 – RM5,000/month + Performance Commission

We are looking for an energetic and commercially driven Outdoor Sales Executive to help us grow our customer base and expand our business.

This is a sales-focused role.

Your main responsibility is to identify potential customers, meet them, build relationships, introduce our products, negotiate and win new business.

You should enjoy meeting people, developing relationships and closing deals.

Your Responsibilities

New Customer Acquisition

• Identify and prospect potential new customers.
• Develop new business opportunities through calls, messages, networking and face-to-face meetings.
• Visit potential customers and existing accounts when required.
• Build relationships with business owners, buyers and decision-makers.
• Present our products and business proposition.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
• Follow up opportunities and close sales.
• Convert prospects into active customers.

Market Development

• Visit retailers, distributors and other relevant businesses.
• Develop new territories and customer segments.
• Identify new market opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
• Gather feedback on product demand, pricing and customer requirements.
• Report market opportunities and customer feedback to management.

Sales Growth

• Achieve monthly sales and gross profit targets.
• Develop new customers into recurring accounts.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Follow up consistently until opportunities are won or lost.

Customer Handover

• Provide accurate customer and order information to the Customer Relationship Executive once an account is established.
• Work with the Customer Relationship Executive to ensure a smooth customer handover.
• Continue supporting important accounts and strategic customers when necessary.

• Good at building business relationships.
• Comfortable negotiating and closing deals.

• Willing to travel and meet customers regularly.
• Comfortable working with sales targets.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Interested in the video games industry.

Experience in B2B sales, gaming, video games, trading cards, collectibles, consumer electronics, e-commerce, distribution or wholesale is an advantage.

What We Offer

• Contract position
• RM3,500 – RM5,000/month + Performance Commission
