Events & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and proactive Events & Marketing Executive to support both event planning and marketing initiatives at Omnia Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and execute corporate events, workshops and networking activities.
• Develop and implement online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Create social media content, event promotions, EDMs and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, speakers and attendees.
• Support event logistics and on-site execution.
• Conduct market research and identify new marketing and event opportunities.
• Monitor event and marketing budgets, results and lead generation.
• Support strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and sales.
• Stay updated on current event, marketing and social media trends.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Events, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Strong interest in both events and marketing.
• Creative, organized and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Social media, content creation and editing skills are a plus.
• Proactive, self-motivated and a strong team player.
