Oaks Coffee Co. is looking for baristas to join our team.
We’re looking for people who enjoy working in a fast-paced café environment and take pride in both
making good coffee and creating a great experience for our guests.
As a barista, your role goes beyond the coffee bar. You’ll be involved in the
day-to-day operations of the café
, from preparing beverages to serving guests and keeping the space running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing
Prepare coffee, matcha and other beverages to our standards
Take orders and provide friendly, attentive service
Handle cashiering and POS operations
Serve food and beverages to guests
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café
Assist with opening and closing duties
Restock and maintain the coffee bar and service areas
Support the team with general café operations
Ensure a consistent and welcoming guest experience
What we’re looking for
Previous café / barista experience is preferred
Good knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation
Comfortable working both
behind the bar and on the floor
Friendly, service-oriented and comfortable interacting with guests
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Responsible, punctual and a good team player
Willing to learn and take initiative
Full-time & part-time positions available.
