About the Roles

Join as a Sales Engineer based in the Central Region, working Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm in a permanent position. This role offers a basic salary of up to $4,500, plus incentive and performance bonus, with opportunities to work closely with condominium owners, MCST councils, and managing agents on Smart Building / Security & Estate Technology Solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engage condominium owners, MCST councils, and managing agents to understand upgrading and additional requirements.
• Conduct site visits to assess building needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Promote Intercom, Access Control, CCTV, Carpark Systems, LPR, QR/Mobile Access, Visitor Management Systems, and Facial Recognition solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations and identify potential estate improvement opportunities.
• Present new digital modules and explain product features and benefits to clients.
• Manage and promote subscription upgrades for platforms such as iPlus and Genio360.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, documentation, and maintain updated estate records.
• Coordinate site surveys, installations, and project follow-ups with internal teams and clients.
• Provide project updates, follow up on leads, and coordinate the required internal support.
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the main post-handover contact.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
• Customer-oriented with good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Comfortable conducting site visits and product demonstrations.
• Experience working with MCSTs, managing agents, estate management, or smart building solutions is advantageous.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across internal teams and clients.
