Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in a timely manner.
Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up with customers on overdue payments.
Record, allocate, and reconcile customer payments in the accounting system.
Perform regular reconciliation of accounts receivable balances.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records.
Assist with month-end closing activities and accounts receivable reporting.
Respond to customer queries regarding invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
Assist with credit control and collection activities when required.
Support other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
