About the Role
Lambda Computing Solutions (S) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a professional, friendly and customer-focused Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to support the daily front desk and administrative operations of an MOE Secondary School near
Pioneer
MRT. The successful candidate will work closely with the Vice-Principal, Administrative Managers, Administrative Executive and School Leaders to ensure efficient school operations and provide excellent service to students, parents, staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Attend to students’ requests at General Office
Attend to students who report unwell at General Office and/or have sustained minor injuries
Receive forms and documents submitted by students(Egs: relating to financial assistance and bursaries matters)
Assist in recording incoming/ outgoing mails
Sorting and filing of general office documents
Simple sorting of documents and simple data-entry (listings, surveys)
Receive deliveries to General Office by vendors
Provide admin support to office operations as assigned.
Requirements
1. Minimum 3 or more GCE ‘O’ Level passes including English, or NITEC (Office Skills); or ‘N’ level certificate
2. Officers without the required ‘O’ level passes but with relevant work experience could be considered.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications(e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
5. Able to handle multi-tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
Experience:
The Personnel must have at least three years relevant working experience, such as in Office admin and/or Student Affairs/ Student Liaison-related work.

Contract Period: From 1 Dec 2026 to 30 Nov 2027.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:30am to 6:30pm, (inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break)
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
