• Drive service business growth by promoting and selling service solutions to existing customers and key accounts.
• Work closely with Sales Managers and Service Managers to develop and execute local service growth strategies.
• Collaborate with commercial and sales teams to expand service coverage across the installed customer base.
• Promote service offerings including repairs, calibration, spare parts, extended warranties, equipment loan services, and software subscriptions.
• Prepare quotations and service contracts based on customer requirements.
• Achieve or exceed service sales, booking, and profitability targets.
• Manage sales opportunities, pipelines, and forecasts through Salesforce CRM.
• Track and manage service contracts from order confirmation through delivery, payment, and warranty support.
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through regular visits and engagement, particularly with key accounts.
• Gather and share customer feedback, market insights, and business opportunities with internal stakeholders.
• Support additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum 2 years sales experience in life science/medical/pharmaceutical/semicon/electronic environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
