About the Role
We are looking for a
friendly, reliable and patient-focused Medical Receptionist
to join our growing team at
Petite Practice
.
As a Medical Receptionist you play a vital role in supporting our doctors, nurses and patients to ensure smooth clinic operations and a positive patient experience, especially for children and families.
What You’ll Be Doing
Welcoming patients and families warmly at the clinic
Assisting with patient registration, appointment scheduling and billing
Supporting nurses and doctors during consultations
Preparing consultation rooms and maintaining clinic cleanliness
Handling day to day calls, emails and whatsapp queries.
Managing inventory and restocking supplies
Ensuring patient confidentiality and accurate record keeping
Supporting smooth day-to-day clinic operations
Following clinic safety, infection control and HR policies
What We’re Looking For
Caring and professional attitude
Comfortable working with infants, children and families
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual and responsible
Able to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Basic computer skills (clinic system training provided)
Prior clinic or healthcare experience is
required
