Job Summary:

The Sales Assistant supports daily operations in a food and beverage outlet by assisting customers, handling transactions, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring excellent service standards to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Prepare beverages as per order by customer
• Take and serve customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle payments via cash, card, or digital platforms
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and dining area
• Refill stock items when needed
• Provide product recommendations and promote promotional items
• Handle customer complaints or inquiries professionally
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and cleaning
• Cooperate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Prior experience in retail or F&B preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and POS (Point-of-Sale) system skills
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
