Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide counselling and casework to individuals, couples, families and groups.

1.1  Assess, plan and implement intervention methods, see through case administrative process from the point of opening to closure in accordance to Agency’s practice.

1.2  Maintain records diligently on progress of clients via different platforms assigned.

2.     Provide information and referral service.

3.     Co-ordinate, plan, implement and evaluate Agency support programmes.

4.     Deliver talks/workshops.

5.     Facilitate groupwork programmes for parents and children.

6.     Prepare and review annual programme budget.

7.     Provide support in collating and analyzing trends and needs of the clientele group and society.

8.     Provide programme supervision to Social Work Associates.

9.     Any other duties as assigned by the Head of FAM (PPIS).

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work; or Masters in Counselling; preferably an accredited Social Worker or Counsellor. Degree in Psychology can also be considered
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience in social work setting.
• Has a pleasant disposition, with good communication and interpersonal skills
