Kerja Sepenuh Masa Claims Officer - Raffles Corporate Solution (6 months contract), Gaji tinggi SGD 2,200 di RAFFLES MEDICAL GROUP LTD Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and process claims in accordance with policy contract and guidelines.

• Ensuring claim settlement is concluded within the agreed Turnaround Time (TAT).

• Check data entry processes to ensure compliance with minimal error.

• Verify claims / reports prepared by the junior staff and ensure accuracy in them

• Ensuring emails and telephone call enquiries are well-managed and respond in a timely manner as per KPI

• Liaison personnel with medical institutions for medical reports and issuance of Letter of Guarantee

• Analysis workflow processes and streamline when necessary for efficiency

• To coach and train junior staff

• Embrace technology and seek enhancement of existing system and participate in IT discussion/ UAT testing

• Any other projects assigned as and when required
  

Job Requirements

• Diploma holders (preferably with minimum 1 year of related work experience)

• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and Power Point)

• Though not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with some experience in the insurance

  industry preferably with experience handling Group Insurance / products

• Able to work independently and fast learner

• Able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight deadline in a fast-paced environment

• Strong customer oriented

• Team player
