Job Summary
You will represent the company professionally while providing quality beauty services to mid to high-end customers. You will handle customer enquiries and complaints, perform facial and slimming treatments, and contribute to achieving branch sales targets.
Responsibilities
Deliver facial and slimming treatments accurately to meet customer satisfaction and quality standards
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and complaints to maintain positive client relationships
Engage with customers in a friendly and outgoing manner to enhance their experience
Collaborate with team members to achieve personal and branch sales objectives
Uphold the company’s professional image through consistent, high-quality service delivery

Proven track record of delivering professional beauty services
Strong interpersonal skills to interact pleasantly with diverse customers
Self-motivated with initiative to drive personal and branch performance

Location: Tampines Mall / Hougang
