Job Responsibilities:

·       Conduct independent Fit and Proper assessments on annual declarations, screening results, ongoing monitoring cases and ad hoc submissions, ensuring decisions are evidence-based and aligned with established policies and regulatory requirements.

·       Assess supporting documents, identify potential risk factors, and recommend appropriate Enhanced Monitoring measures, including monitoring duration, conditions, escalation requirements and closure criteria.

·       Monitor approved measures, track outstanding submissions and follow-up actions, administer applicable sanctions, and ensure timely case resolution within established service-level agreements.

·       Maintain accurate case records, trackers, registers and audit trails to support effective oversight, reporting and audit readiness.

·       Perform regular quality checks and reconciliations to ensure the completeness and accuracy of assessments, monitoring activities and supporting documentation.

·       Identify process gaps, control weaknesses and operational risks, and support improvements to procedures, workflows, reporting tools and automation initiatives.

·       Prepare operational statistics, case status updates and ageing reports to support team operations and management reporting.

·       Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

·       Minimum Degree in a related discipline

·       Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

·       Able to start immediately or within short notice
