ACCOUNT ASSISTANT
We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to join our team as an
Account Assistant
.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Monitor payments and follow up on outstanding accounts.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
Handle general administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Responsible, meticulous, and able to work independently.
