Job Responsibilities
Support enhancements to the HR performance management system, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, user guide updates and go-live communications.
Assist with internal and external audits through data collation, verification and stakeholder coordination.
Perform HR data validation, reconciliation and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Prepare HR reports, audit documentation and employee-related data submissions.
Coordinate with HR teams and relevant stakeholders to gather information, track deliverables and support HR projects and initiatives.
Job Requirements
Degree in any discipline.
Prior experience in HR operations, HR systems, data management or project coordination is preferred.
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
