Starting your career and already have experience working with people through an internship, part-time job or campus project? This role gives you hands-on responsibility across recruitment, job matching and client service. You’ll help members find suitable work and help clients keep their shifts covered.

What You’ll Do

Member and shift operations

• Guide new members through registration, onboarding, job requirements, payments and benefits.
• Interview members to understand their experience, availability, salary expectations and suitability for different roles.
• Use our automated matching system to connect members with suitable openings.
• Coordinate schedules, confirmations and replacements, and respond quickly to attendance or shift issues.
• Maintain accurate member records and stay in touch about upcoming opportunities.
• Help attract new members through social media, referrals, calls, networking and job fairs.

Client operations

• Learn each client’s staffing needs, schedules and role requirements.
• Handle day-to-day requests, feedback and issues as a point of contact.
• Visit client offices and sites to understand their operations and maintain service standards.
• Support client outreach through calls, referrals and networking.

You’ll work towards team goals including shift fill rate, response time, and member and client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• No prior work experience is required. We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, stays organised and is willing to learn.
• Confidence speaking with people by phone and in person.
• An organised, dependable approach and the ability to adapt when plans change.
• A service mindset and motivation to meet targets.
• Comfort visiting client offices and sites.

Working arrangements: You may need to be reachable by phone after hours when required and work weekends when rostered. You will have two rest days each week, scheduled around operational needs.
