What You’ll Do:
Lead, motivate and manage your team to deliver excellent service and quality food
Drive daily sales, achieve business targets and improve overall store performance
Oversee daily store operations, including food preparation, cashiering, inventory and cash handling
Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, hygiene and food safety
Train, coach and develop team members to build a strong and efficient team
What We’re Looking For:
️ 2–5 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry
️ Strong leadership, team management and communication skills
️ Hands-on and proactive attitude with the ability to lead by example
️ Passion for food, customer service and delivering great dining experiences
️ Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
