Kerja Sepenuh Masa QA ASSISTANT, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,800 di Kejuruteraan Fong Hong Johor - Maukerja

1. Inspect incoming materials and products to ensure they meet job specification.

2. Ensure the efficiency of quality procedures and plans to guarantee consistent practices and cost effective, high quality products.

3. Conduct ongoing reviews and implement continuous improvements to the quality management system and related documentation to enhance the quality of operations, products, and services.

4. Preparation of relevant monthly quality reports and other relevant documents for data analysis towards the improvement of the company’s quality system and the development of continuous improvement projects.

5. Conduct relevant QA/QC training and guidance for subordinates and related employees to ensure quality standards meet customer expectations.

6. Provide counseling and take disciplinary action against subordinates who fail to perform their duties or violate company policy.

7. Collaborate and communicate with QA/QC team members and other departments.

8. Prepare and submit monthly production performance reports to top management.

9. Achieve operational quality assurance objectives by contributing information and analysis for strategic planning and reviews.

10. Develop quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analysis, identifying critical control points and preventive measures, establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions and verification procedures, as well as monitoring inventory.

11. Assist in the preparation of quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including process failures, stability studies, product recalls, corrective actions and re-validations.

12. Obtain answers and information regarding customer problems or internal issues related to product quality or performance by investigating every stage of the production process.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
