Job Scope :
1. End-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of live, hybrid, and corporate event activations.
2. Vendor, contractor, and venue management, including contract negotiations, AV setup, and logistics sourcing.
3. Budget management, procurement processing, and post-event financial tracking and reconciliation.
4. On-site event leadership, crowd control management, setup oversight, and real-time contingency troubleshooting.
5. Post-event performance evaluation, attendee feedback analysis, and reporting against key event performance metrics.
