Job Description & Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Order Management:
Handling concrete orders, coordinating with customers on delivery schedules, and ensuring timely fulfilment of orders.
Problem Resolution:
Addressing customer concerns and complaints related to concrete orders and deliveries.
Customer Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Assist
in seeking lead supply from various prospects and perform, marketing/cold-call to project in charge.
Handle enquiries
, initialling of supply arrangements.
Communicate
with customer office and site to discuss on delivery requirement.
Proactive Customer Follow-Up
Other ad hoc
assignment as assigned.
Able to travel and work in the west of Singapore.
Skills and Qualifications:
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers.
Customer Service Skills:
A strong customer service orientation is crucial for building positive relationships with customers.
Basic Knowledge of Concrete Products:
Familiarity with concrete types, specifications, and applications is beneficial.
Working Hour:
Able to work 6 days / perform shift.
