Role Description The Service Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. This position focuses on delivering high-quality customer service to members by handling inquiries, providing guidance on membership options and services, and ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with members on fitness programs and offerings, resolving service issues, tracking customer feedback, and collaborating with the fitness and operations teams to improve member experiences. The Service Consultant will also support front-of-house operations, assist with registrations and bookings, and help maintain service standards that reflect Believe Fitness’s community-centered values.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to support and enhance member experiences.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Consulting skills to understand member needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret feedback and service data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and work in a community-oriented, health-focused environment.
• Prior experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail service roles is an advantage.
• Comfort with basic digital tools (e.g., member management systems, scheduling platforms) and willingness to learn new systems.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on operational needs.
