We're looking for a data-driven, hands-on Performance Marketer who understands Meta advertising inside out and knows how to turn advertising budgets into quality leads, conversions and sustainable business growth.

YOUR MISSION

1. Own Meta Ads Performance

• Plan, launch and manage Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Manage campaign structures, targeting, budgets, bidding and optimization.
• Continuously improve CPL, lead quality and conversion performance.
• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency.

2. Turn Data Into Decisions

• Monitor key performance metrics including CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA and ROAS where applicable.
• Identify performance gaps and take corrective action quickly.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements and campaign strategies.
• Translate campaign data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

3. Build High-Converting Campaigns

• Work closely with Creative and Marketing teams to develop compelling ad angles, hooks and creatives.
• Understand customer psychology and build effective lead-generation funnels.
• Improve lead quality, not just lead volume.
• Track performance from advertisement to lead, appointment and actual customer conversion.

4. Take Ownership of Results

• Manage advertising budgets responsibly and maximize returns.
• Identify opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to improve lead-to-appointment conversion.
• Proactively recommend solutions instead of waiting for instructions.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We value proven results more than impressive marketing jargon.

Proven Meta Ads Experience — At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook and Instagram performance campaigns.

Strong Lead Generation Background — Experience generating leads for service-based businesses, preferably aesthetics, healthcare, beauty or other consumer services.

Analytical & Commercial Mindset — Understands CPL, CPA, conversion rates, marketing attribution and how advertising contributes to revenue.

Meta Technical Knowledge — Familiar with Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, custom audiences, retargeting and campaign tracking.

Creative Testing Ability — Knows how to identify winning creatives and systematically test new advertising angles.

High Ownership & Efficiency — Proactive, resourceful and capable of solving performance issues independently.

Results-Oriented — Comfortable working with ambitious targets in a fast-moving environment.

Bonus: Experience with Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, CRM integration or marketing automation.
