We are SME company looking for suitable candidates willing to work in eastern part of Singapore
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage tender documents, including BOQs, clarifications, and unit pricing.
Monitor and control project finances to remain within budget.
Administer project documentation, including interim evaluations, contract variations, claims, and final accounts.
Source, liaise with, and assess subcontractor quotations based on project needs and schedules.
Review and negotiate contractor costs, from initial estimates to final approval.
Prepare detailed work schedules for the site team to ensure timely completion.
Maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.
Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying/Project Management/Business Administration/Facilities Management or a related field.
At least 2 years’ experience in the building and construction industry.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Good knowledge of local standards and requirements.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
Immediate or short-notice availability is advantageous.
