Role Description This full-time remote role combines responsibilities in HR recruiting, customer support, and sales representation. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the hiring process for clients or internal teams. You will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolve issues, and document interactions to ensure consistent service. In addition, you will engage prospective customers, present services or products, follow up on leads, and assist in closing sales in alignment with brand guidelines. The role requires regular collaboration with colleagues, accurate record-keeping in relevant systems or CRMs, and proactive communication to meet performance and service goals.

Qualifications

• Experience or demonstrated ability in HR recruiting activities, such as candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Strong customer support skills, including clear communication, active listening, problem solving, and professional conflict resolution.
• Sales-related skills, such as lead follow-up, basic negotiation, relationship building, and handling objections in a consultative manner.
• Proficiency with common digital tools and platforms (e.g., email, video conferencing, CRM or applicant tracking systems) and comfort working in a remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize multiple tasks, and work independently while meeting deadlines and performance targets.
• Customer-centric mindset, professional demeanor, and commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive practices in recruiting and client interactions.
• Prior experience in HR, customer support, or sales is beneficial; a relevant diploma or degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
