Tanggungjawab

Gain hands-on experience in quality documentation and document control within semiconductor manufacturing. You will support the QA/QC team in maintaining accurate records, coordinating document updates, and tracking quality requirements under supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in assigning drawing numbers and preparing inspection sheets.
  • Register and maintain Revision Change Notices to ensure document revisions are properly recorded.
  • Support the registration, distribution, and tracking of ISO-controlled documents.
  • Assist in preparing and updating FOK presentation slides.
  • Prepare Certificates of Conformance (CoC) for review and approval.
  • Organise and maintain QA/QC documents and filing systems for easy retrieval and traceability.
  • Follow up on non-conformance log updates and assist in maintaining records of quarantined items placed on quality hold.
  • Monitor equipment calibration due dates and notify the relevant personnel of upcoming calibration requirements.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or completed a certificate/diploma in Manufacturing / Mechanical / Materials Engineering / Physics or relevant courses.
  • Basic knowledge of technical drawings and ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Hands-on attitude with the ability to learn quickly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Location: Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30AM to 6PM

Internship allowance provided: RM 850 to RM1,000 per month

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM850.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
