• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB).

• Experience in road works, drainage, sewerage, earthworks or infrastructure projects will be an advantage.

• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.

• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Computer-literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

• Able to work independently and manage site activities effectively.

• Responsible, organised and possess a good working attitude.

• Willing to work on site and undertake other duties as assigned.

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings and schedules.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, suppliers and project team members.

• Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of works.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

• Prepare daily site reports, progress reports and other relevant documentation.

• Liaise with consultants, clients and relevant authorities on site matters.

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling and coordinating construction activities.
