Job Summary

Responsible for serving as the primary liaison between customers and the Service Department, ensuring that every customer receives professional service, clear communication, and a satisfactory service experience. Ensure that vehicle reception, maintenance, repair, and delivery processes are carried out smoothly in accordance with JETOUR standards.

1. Customer Service & Consultation

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional, and courteous service.
• Identify and understand customers’ complaints, vehicle issues, and service requirements.
• Explain vehicle maintenance schedules, repair procedures, and recommended additional services to customers.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

2. Vehicle Reception & Inspection

• Conduct preliminary vehicle inspections with customers upon vehicle arrival.
• Accurately record customer complaints, vehicle conditions, and service requirements.
• Prepare Job Orders (JO) and ensure that all customer and vehicle information is complete and accurate

3. Service Coordination

• Coordinate with technicians to ensure that servicing and repair work is carried out correctly.
• Monitor job progress, service completion timelines, and repair status.
• Inform customers of estimated costs, completion times, and any additional repairs or services required.
• Ensure customers are kept informed of any changes or delays throughout the service process.

4.Aftersales Service & Warranty

• Assist customers with warranty claims in accordance with JETOUR's warranty policies and procedures.
• Ensure that service documentation, maintenance records, and warranty claim documents are properly prepared and maintained.
• Explain periodic maintenance schedules and vehicle care requirements to customers.
• Ensure compliance with JETOUR's aftersales service standards and warranty requirements.

5. Customer Follow-Up

• Follow up with customers after servicing to obtain feedback and assess their satisfaction.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and issues professionally and promptly.
• Support initiatives to improve customer retention, repeat service visits, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Maintain positive customer relationships to encourage long-term loyalty.

6. Sales & Service Performance

• Achieve assigned targets for service sales, spare parts sales, and additional service recommendations as determined by management.
• Ensure all customer records, Job Orders, and invoices are accurately updated and maintained.
• Comply with company SOPs, JETOUR operational standards, and safety practices at the service centre.
• dentify opportunities to recommend relevant maintenance and additional services based on customers' vehicle needs.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Customer Satisfaction: Achievement of customer satisfaction targets and service quality standards.
• Service & Spare Parts Sales: Achievement of assigned service sales, spare parts sales, and additional service targets.
• Documentation Accuracy: Accuracy and completeness of Job Orders, customer records, invoices, and service documentation.
• Service Turnaround Time: Completion of servicing and repair jobs within the targeted timeframe.
• Customer Retention: Improvement in repeat service visits and scheduled maintenance return rates.
• Complaint Management & Follow-Up: Timely resolution of customer complaints and effective post-service follow-up.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
