Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
• Monitor and ensure employees perform their duties according to company standards and procedures.
• Plan and assign daily tasks to staff based on operational requirements.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, discipline, and work performance.
• Ensure all operational activities meet the required quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Monitor production processes and ensure work is completed according to the daily schedule and targets.
• Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective actions to minimize delays and disruptions.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and processing of fruits and other products to maintain product quality and freshness.
• Monitor the usage of raw materials, equipment, and other operational resources to minimize wastage.
• Prepare daily operational reports and report any issues or incidents to management.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and smooth operations.
• Train, guide, and motivate team members to improve work performance and productivity.
• Ensure the workplace is clean, organized, and complies with company safety and hygiene requirements.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in operations, production, or supervisory roles.
• Previous experience in the food processing or fresh produce industry will be an added advantage.
• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to supervise, manage, and motivate a team.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
• Good understanding of workplace safety, hygiene, and quality control practices.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Responsible, disciplined, proactive, and committed to achieving company targets.
• Candidates who can start immediately or within short notice will be given preference.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
