Customer Account Management

• Manage assigned customer accounts and develop strong relationships to support business growth and revenue opportunities.

• Take ownership of customer account operational and financial performance.

• Act as the key contact between customers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely issue resolution.

• Monitor customer satisfaction and relationship performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.

• Organise and manage Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customers.

Supply Chain and Production Planning

• Oversee supply chain operations to ensure production capacity and material availability meet customer demand.

• Coordinate demand forecasting, inventory planning and supply allocation to support delivery commitments.

• Monitor clear-to-build status and coordinate actions to address material shortages, capacity constraints and potential delivery risks.

• Maintain an understanding of production line operations, testing processes, layout and material flow.

Project and Risk Management

• Work closely with R&D and relevant departments on new projects and product-related activities.

• Establish project plans, budgets, schedules and strategies, and monitor execution against agreed targets.

• Track project critical paths and implement schedule recovery measures to minimise delays.

• Identify operational and project risks, prepare mitigation plans and escalate issues requiring management decisions.

• Provide regular updates to management on project progress, key risks and required actions.

Continuous Improvement and Cost Management

• Identify and implement initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency, delivery performance and operational costs.

• Develop inventory control strategies and address slow-moving, excess and obsolete materials.

• Lead supply chain improvement projects involving process optimisation, system enhancements and operational efficiency.

• Ensure timely delivery and effective implementation of improvement initiatives.

• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
