Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.

Relevant experience in construction projects.

Experience in civil, infrastructure, water or sewerage projects is an advantage.

Good knowledge of quantity surveying and construction costing.

Detail-oriented, organised and able to meet deadlines.

Prepare cost estimates, quotations, budgets and bills of quantities.

Monitor project costs, variations and payments.

Prepare and evaluate progress claims and subcontractor claims.

Assist in tender preparation and contract administration.

Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.
