Kerja Internship For Assistant Property Developer di Intelek Kekal (M) Selangor - Maukerja

Candidate must currently pursuing Degree or Diploma in Architecture, C&S, M&E, Construction Management, QS, Building Surveying or other related discipline.

Duration of internship must be minimum 3 month(s) or more.

Able to work collaboratively with others.

Ensure individual task to be completed according to schedule.

Assist to ensure layout and design comply to MKH guidelines, planning guidelines, UBBL and CONQUAS construction good practice.

Assist in co-ordination on layout, infrastructure and building plan preparation & submission.

Assist to prepare car park allocation.

Assist in co-ordination on SIFUS, SOP and strata submission.

Assist in co-ordination on tender drawing, infra tender document and M&E tender document preparation.

Assist in conduct checking on S&P plans and specification.

Assist in conduct standardisation of S&P plan and specification format.

Assist to support Sales & Marketing department to prepare marketing material.

Any other duty as directed by the superior from time to time.
