• Commercial & Pricing

- Obtain rate from vendors & oversea agent and follow up quotation status

• Tender & RFQ

- Preparing submission of RFQs, RFIs, RFPs & tender document

- Maintain tender records, submission status and validity periods

- To assist and organize tender review with respective department

• · Contract & Documentation

- Prepare and maintain customer rate agreements and commercial documentation.

- Monitor contract expiry dates and coordinate renewals.

- Maintain proper filing and document control for quotation,contracts and pricing records.

• · Reporting

- Quotation issued

- Tender status

- Win/Loss analysis

- Pricing performance

- Customer database

• · Others

- Assist in preparing customer presentation and commercial reports

- Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO procedures and commercial guidelines

- Other task assign by superior or management

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
