Naturally organised and detail-oriented — you notice the small stuff. 

Good at following up, keeping track and getting things done. 

Can juggle multiple applications, deadlines and updates without losing the plot.

Proactive, responsible and not afraid to take ownership.

Enjoy keeping things moving instead of waiting for someone to remind you.

Comfortable working on-site in Bandar Sunway and travelling when required.

Be part of a student's journey — from first enquiry to university enrolment. 

Check documents, entry requirements and prior learning details. Accuracy is your superpower.

Be the connection between students, universities and internal teams. 

Keep everyone updated when there are important application or university changes. 

Follow up on pending actions and make sure nothing gets forgotten halfway. 

Track EMGS visa progress and follow up when an update is needed. 

Keep student records, timelines and application updates clean, accurate and up to date.

Support the team with admin and operational tasks to keep everything running smoothly.

Handle multiple applications at once while keeping an eye on deadlines and details.
