• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing live advertising campaigns.

• Experience with platforms such as Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Weibo, Meta, or Google Ads.

• Comfortable working with Mandarin-language advertising platforms and reading Mandarin platform documentation.

• Good command of English for reporting and internal communication.

• Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills with the ability to interpret campaign data independently.

• Able to explain campaign performance in commercial terms and provide practical recommendations.

• Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage campaign launches and reporting deadlines independently.

• Comfortable handling account administration, access management, qualification documents, and billing reconciliation.

Added Advantage

• Experience with Mandarin advertising platforms, especially Xiaohongshu, WeChat, or Weibo.

• Experience managing lead-generation campaigns and conversion tracking.

• Familiar with WeChat Mini Programs or H5 landing pages.

• Experience in travel, education, retail, property, or healthcare industries.

• Plan, set up, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Weibo, Meta, and Google where required.

• Develop media plans based on client objectives, budgets, target audiences, and expected outcomes.

• Monitor campaign performance and optimise budgets, bids, placements, targeting, and creative performance.

• Plan and conduct creative and audience testing to improve campaign results.

• Set up and manage conversion tracking, including forms, landing pages, WeChat Mini Programs, and H5 destinations.

• Prepare campaign and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.

• Manage client advertising accounts, including account setup, verification, access permissions, billing, and spend reconciliation.

• Keep campaign structures, naming conventions, and asset libraries organised.

• Monitor platform policy changes and ad product updates and communicate relevant changes to the team.

• Support proposals and pitches with media plans, budget recommendations, and forecasts.

• Work closely with the servicing team to ensure campaign expectations are realistic based on available budgets.
