Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields

• Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) are an added advantage

• 2 – 4 years of accounting experience or finance roles preferred

• Fluent in Mandarin and/or English, as the role requires regular communication with Mandarin-speaking customer.

• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.

• Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.

• Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.

• Willing to learn applicable system automation, business solution software.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts for the company, assist in preparing monthly financial statements, management reports, and bank reconciliations.

• Record and maintain daily accounting transactions including invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring activities.

• Ensure all accounting records comply with company policies and statutory requirements.

• Prepare documentation for auditors and assist in audit queries.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions, including supplier and customer reconciliations.

• Assist in preparing and submitting tax-related documents (e.g. SST/GST, corporate tax) under supervision.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

• Support ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting, or administrative tasks as assigned.

• Assist and guide junior staff, support superior and collaborate with Operations teams to resolve any discrepancies.
