Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • Must have E-invoice and have manage account with invoice stock and dealership .

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

  • This role requires a candidate fluent in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese ambassador.

  • Strong knowledge of e-invoicing and accounting standards.

  • Experience working with auditors and handling full set of accounts.

  • Familiar with Info-Tech payroll/HR system (preferred).

  • Good communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

  • Able to work independently and support operational tasks when needed.

  • Added Advantages

  • Knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations (SST, PCB, etc.).

  • Experience in handling consumable products with stock management/dealer distribution will be an added advantage.

Tanggungjawab

Account

  • To overseas customers and corporate customers accounts and operation.

  • Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow.

  • Manage and process e-invoicing in accordance with LHDN requirements.

  • Coordinate with external auditors to ensure smooth annual audit.

  • Review internal controls, accounting procedures, and documentation.

  • Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and other accounting tasks.

  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

  • Operations & Administrative Support

  • Assist in day-to-day operations matters and coordinate with internal departments.

  • Support procurement, inventory updates, or logistics when required.

  • Ensure smooth workflow between accounts, sales, and operations.

HR & Payroll

  • Manage monthly payroll using the Info-Tech HR system.

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leaves in the system.

  • Prepare HR-related documentation (offer letters, confirmation letters, etc.).

  • Handle statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).

  • Assist in HR administration and compliance.
