We are looking for a sales-focused Indoor Sales Assistant to handle customer enquiries, recommend suitable printing solutions, process orders, follow up with customers, and support daily sales operations. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.

• Processing orders via walk-in customers, email, phone and website

• Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices

• Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries

• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, and copying
