Job Description

Requirements

  • Min Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 0-2 years of experience are welcome to apply

  • Computer knowledge.

  • Familiar with Klang Valley area.

  • Good interpersonal skill and able to work independently.

  • Able to multitask and work within deadline.

  • Able to work at night when required.

  • Able to standby on Sunday and Public Holidays when required.

  • Able to travel outstation.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to on site installation, repair & maintenance and testing of products.

  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.

  • Produce timely and detailed service reports.

  • Complete daily task assign by superior.

  • Provide over the phone solution to customer.
