Job Requirements
Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in construction or project management
Good knowledge of Malaysian construction regulations, CIDB, DOSH, and industry standards
Strong project management, communication, and coordination skills
Able to work independently and resolve site-related issues effectively
Proficient in project management tools (e.g. MS Project) and MS Office
Good command of English and Mandarin
Willing to be based on construction sites
至少 1 年以上建筑或施工项目管理相关工作经验
熟悉马来西亚建筑法规、CIDB、DOSH 及相关标准
具备良好的项目管理、沟通与协调能力
能独立处理施工现场问题,并具备良好的决策能力
熟练使用项目管理软件(如 MS Project)及基本办公软件
具备良好的中英文沟通能力
可适应到施工现场工作

Key Responsibilities:
Overall responsible for planning, execution, and management of construction projects to ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective delivery
Coordinate and manage all stakeholders including consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Prepare and manage project schedules, construction plans, and resource allocation
Supervise site progress, quality control, safety compliance, and workmanship
Ensure all works comply with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards
Monitor project costs, evaluate variations, and verify progress claims
Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress reports to management
Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
Manage project completion, handover, and final accounts

协调并管理各相关方,包括顾问、分包商、供应商及内部团队
编制与管理项目进度表、施工计划及资源分配
监督现场施工进度、质量、安全及合规情况
确保所有工程符合当地法规、建筑规范及安全标准
控制项目成本,审核工程变更、付款申请及相关文件
主持项目会议,定期向管理层汇报项目进展
识别项目风险并提出相应的解决方案
负责项目交付、验收及结算工作
