Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and goods.

• Ensure accurate inventory transactions and stock records in the system.

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.

• Organize and maintain proper storage of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.

• Prepare and issue materials according to production requirements.

• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation.

• Compliance with company procedures.

Education/Academic Background:

• Minimum SPM above

Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in warehouse, storekeeping, or inventory management within a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge & Skill:

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Autocount systems).

Personal trait:

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.

• Good coordination skills and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Willing to work in shift & overtime (if needed)
