Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in interior design, fit-out, or construction industry.
Experience in both residential and commercial projects is an advantage.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
Strong project management and coordination skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Able to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Possess own transport and willing to travel for site visits.
Working Saturday Alternate
Responsibilities
Develop interior design concepts, space planning, and design proposals.
Prepare drawings, layouts, mood boards, and presentation materials.
Manage residential and commercial interior fit-out projects.
Coordinate and liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors, and consultants.
Source materials, furniture, finishes, and interior products.
Obtain quotations and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets.
Conduct site visits, inspections, and project coordination meetings.
Resolve design and site-related issues promptly.
Manage project documentation and ensure smooth project execution.
Support procurement and project administration activities.
Perform multiple tasks and responsibilities independently as required.
